This place is hands down my favorite sandwich joint. Zubs in Springville. They have been around for 20 years. It is just a little take out joint on Main Street. They have pizza and salads and baked good as well. I could eat there every day! I took a friend there the other day and he is a sandwich buff, after eating his first bight he was hooked.
The bread is fresh, homemade, soft and perfect. You can choose white or wheat. The sandwiches are quite large. A six inch is about $5. A 12 inch is about $9. I would say the width of the sandwich is close to 4 inches. The toppings vary greatly and are also fresh delicious and plentiful. There are combinations all ready made up for you or you can create your own. You can choose to have it warmed up, for sure do that! Mmmm Mmmmm Mmmm!
Now, for the cinnamon roll, it has to be one of the best, if not THE best one I've ever had. It was the perfect balance of frosting to bread. It was a mild cream cheese frosting. I am not a huge cream cheese frosting fan, but I thought this was right on. It had such a soft, sweet, fabulous texture and flavor. I would say it tops cinnamon rolls from Kneaders, Shirleys, Provo Bakery and Great Harvest!
i think the minute i get my sense of taste back, i will go there.
